- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- One account per person — accounts are non-transferable
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase
3. Course Access
- Upon purchase you receive lifetime access to the course content unless otherwise stated on the course page
- Access is for personal use only — you may not share login credentials or course materials with others
- We reserve the right to update course content to keep it current
4. Payments
- All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- You will receive a receipt by email after purchase
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time — changes do not affect existing purchases
5. Refunds
See our full Refund Policy. Summary: 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided less than 30% of the course has been completed.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content — videos, slides, quizzes, written materials — is owned by FinCrime Institute. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:

- Record, download, or redistribute course videos
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinCrime Institute is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
