FinCrime Institute (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates fincrime-institute.com, an online learning platform specialising in financial crime, AML, and compliance training. For GDPR purposes, we are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

- Payment data — billing name, address, and card details processed securely by Stripe. We never store card numbers on our servers.
- Course data — courses purchased, progress, quiz results, completion certificates
