We want you to be confident purchasing from FinCrime Institute. If a course isn’t right for you, here’s how refunds work.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course.
This threshold exists because completing more than 30% of a course indicates the content has been substantially consumed.
How to Request a Refund
Email office@fincrime-institute.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address used for purchase
- The course name
- Your reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
We will process your request within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- More than 30% of the course has been completed
- The account has been terminated due to a Terms of Service violation
Bundle and Promotional Purchases
If you purchased a course bundle or at a discounted price, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid, not the full list price.
